ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

This provision establishes a distinct, express authorization for Chegg to use user-submitted inputs specifically for AI and LLM training, separate from and in addition to the general User Content license. This applies to all interactions with AI-Assisted Features and includes incorporation into outputs delivered to other users of the Services.

Interpretive note: Enforceability of the AI training authorization for minor users and in non-US jurisdictions depends on applicable law and regulatory interpretation of consent adequacy requirements.
