You could lose access to a paid subscription without warning and without a refund based on subjective conduct determinations made at Bumble's sole discretion, including behavior on entirely separate platforms.
Bumble's terms grant the company a perpetual, worldwide license to use your photos and profile content even after you delete your account, and allow account termination or suspension at Bumble's sole discretion without prior notice or refund of paid subscription fees. The mandatory arbitration clause, combined with a class action waiver, means most disputes must be handled through private arbitration rather than in court, limiting your legal recourse as an individual. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Bumble within 30 days of creating your account, which preserves your right to pursue claims in court.
