In accordance with our legal data protection obligations, BeReal reserves the right to permanently delete your account in the event of prolonged inactivity. The inactivity period is calculated from the date of your last login to the Application. Your account may be deleted after three (3) years of continuous inactivity if you are located in the United States, or after two (2) years of continuous inactivity if you are located in Europe or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. BeReal may send you a prior SMS notification before the scheduled deletion, giving you the opportunity to log in to keep your account active.
