Even a single overdue fee balance, once thirty days old, can trigger a complete suspension of all users' access, making timely payment operationally critical.
If the reader allows any fees to go more than thirty days unpaid, Baseten may suspend the reader's and all Authorized Users' access to the services until full payment is received.
