To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anyscale be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services. Anyscale's total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Anyscale in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).
