Users are contractually bound to litigate any dispute with Anthropic about the Terms only in San Francisco courts, which may impose a significant geographic and financial burden on users located elsewhere.
If a user has a legal dispute with Anthropic arising out of or relating to the Terms, they are required to bring it in San Francisco, California, and cannot choose a different forum.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration and not initiated in small claims court may be brought by either party in a court of competent jurisdiction in either the Superior Courts for the State of California...or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
