+For ease of reference, we collect the above categories of personal information from the following sources: directly from you; automatically when you use our service; from Partners whose products and service you use; from other sources such as Service Providers, Netflix Marketing Providers, third party sites and forums, and publicly available sources; and Advertising Companies.
+Uses of Personal Information We use and have used in the past twelve months, each of the categories of personal information for one or more of the purposes described in the section “ How We Use Your Personal Information .” For ease of reference, we use the personal information to provide our service; to administer and operate our business; to research, analyze and improve our services; to enable partner integrations and promotions; to send marketing and informational messages; to support advertisements; for safety, security and fraud prevention; and to comply with law and enforce the Netflix Terms of Use.

+In the last 12 months, any sale or sharing of personal information was limited to Netflix marketing activities and supporting Behavioral Advertisements.
+Retention of Personal Information We may retain personal information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to honor your choices, for our billing or records purposes, and to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.
