| 120 | You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the timing, amount, and continuation of recurring Invoice Payments are governed by the payer's standing authorization and the terms applicable to the payer, and Mercury does not guarantee that any recurring Invoice Payment will be initiated, collected, or credited to your Account; (b) if a recurring Invoice Payment is returned unpaid or otherwise fails to process, Mercury will not reinitiate that entry, the applicable invoice will be treated as unpaid, and you remain responsible for collecting it from the payer, with returns and reversals handled as provided in Section 7A.5; (c) if two (2) consecutive recurring Invoice Payments in a series fail, the payer's autopay authorization for that series will be automatically cancelled, and continued collection on that series will require the payer to re-enroll or pay manually; (d) if a recurring Invoice Payment does not process on its scheduled date due to a Mercury system issue, Mercury may initiate that entry on the next banking day, and this is the only re-attempt Mercury will make in connection with a system issue; and (e) the payment processing, funds availability, and hold provisions of this Section 7A apply to recurring Invoice Payments to the same extent as to other Invoice Payments. | ||
