| 86 | Your first Weight Loss Membership and Medication Plan renewal may be charged early to prevent any discontinuity in treatment. | ||
| 87 | Your subsequent Weight Loss Membership and, with respect to prescription products filled through the Pharmacies, Medication Plan renewal charges and shipments, where applicable, may be charged and/or shipped up to two (2) days early to accommodate holidays or for other operational reasons to support continuity of treatment. | ||
| 103 | For the avoidance of doubt, the two (2)-day cancellation deadlines described in this section are calculated based on your originally scheduled billing date, regardless of whether your Weight Loss Membership or Medication Plan charge or shipment occurs early as permitted under this Agreement. | ||
