13If you choose to use, authorize, permit, or otherwise rely upon any third party, artificial intelligence assistant, automated agent, software, application, service, or other technology (collectively, a “Third-Party Agent”) to communicate or interact with Delta, obtain information from Delta, or request, purchase, modify, manage, or otherwise service any reservation, product, or service on your behalf, to the extent such use is otherwise permitted under these Terms of Use, the AI Terms of Use, the SkyMiles Program Rules and any other applicable terms or policies, you do so at your own risk and remain responsible for the acts, omissions, instructions, requests, and transactions of the Third-Party Agent.
14To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delta is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, disclosure, misuse, error, omission, unauthorized transaction, or other consequence arising from or relating to your use of or reliance upon a Third-Party Agent, including any access to, use, transmission, disclosure, or processing of your information by such Third-Party Agent.
15Your authorization or use of a Third-Party Agent does not constitute Delta’s authorization, approval, or endorsement of that Third-Party Agent or its access to or use of Delta’s websites, systems, products, or services, and Delta reserves the right to refuse to recognize, interact with, or service any Third-Party Agent or any request or transaction initiated through one.
16You agree to indemnify and hold Delta harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of, authorization of, or reliance upon any Third-Party Agent.
