This agreement governs your use of Webull's Products and gives Webull broad power to change its rules, suspend services, or close your account at any time without prior notice or explanation. You are personally responsible for all activity on your account and for determining whether any investment is right for you, since Webull does not provide financial advice. If you violate the Terms, you may owe Webull's litigation costs and attorneys' fees.
The Webull Customer Agreement establishes the terms under which users access Webull's Products, granting Webull broad unilateral authority to modify those Terms at any time without advance notice, with continued use constituting agreement to any modifications. Webull retains exclusive proprietary rights over all intellectual property associated with the Products and reserves absolute discretion to suspend Products, reclaim accounts, or terminate accounts — including where a user transfers or sells their account to a third party. Users bear full liability for all account activity, are solely responsible for assessing investment suitability, and are required to indemnify Webull for litigation costs and damages arising from use beyond permitted scope or breach of the Terms. Dispute resolution requires prior negotiation or arbitration before either party may initiate court proceedings, with the applicable framework determined by local laws and regulations.
As a Webull user, you are bound by any changes to the Terms the moment you continue using the Products, with no right to advance notice of those changes. Webull can suspend or permanently close your account at its absolute discretion, and you carry full liability for everything done through your account. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any investment is appropriate for you, as Webull's data is not intended as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Before you can bring a lawsuit against Webull in local courts, you are required to first attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation or arbitration.
