Walgreens Health Services LLC provides administrative and management services to independent, physician-owned and operated, medical practices. Walgreens Health Services LLC licenses the 'Walgreens' brand name to Walgreens Health Medical Group, P.A. and other affiliated medical practices that use Walgreens Health Services LLC's business support services. Each Walgreens-branded medical practice is owned and operated by a licensed physician. Walgreens Health Services LLC does not own or operate the medical practices nor employ or in any way supervise the medical practices' clinicians. Control over the care provided by the medical practices and their clinicians is the sole responsibility of the independent medical practices and the clinicians they employ.
