When a Student pays through Teachable Native Gateways, Teachable is collecting that payment as the Creator's limited agent, not on its own behalf.
How other platforms handle this
To the extent that payment details and/or mechanisms are provided through third parties...you agree that Calendly will have no liability to you arising out of the acts or omissions of such third parties.
If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
You also authorize us to retry any failed authorizations. We may use data provided to us by our partners to determine when to schedule such retries.
