We may collect partial payments for unpaid amounts from any Linked Account, but any partial payment is not a waiver of our rights and will not satisfy your obligation to pay in full.
If Customer requires a purchase order, vendor registration form, or other documentation, such requirement will in no way relieve or excuse Customer from timely paying any amounts due hereunder.
Fees are payable by credit card, check, or through ACH transfers and Customer authorizes xAI to charge its credit card or bank account for all such fees.
