Scale AI Terms of Service

This document governs access to and use of Scale AI's public website (scale.com and related sites), established on the basis of user acceptance through site access or an explicit agreement click, and expressly excludes Scale's Software Platform and Services, which are governed by separate agreements including the Scale Master Software and Services Agreement. The terms authorize Scale to monitor all information transmitted or received through the Site for operational or other purposes, grant Scale a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to exploit any feedback users submit, and permit Scale to terminate user access at any time for any reason without notice. The limitation of liability clause excludes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the indemnification clause requires users to defend and hold harmless Scale and its affiliates against third-party claims arising from user conduct, misuse, or violations of law; these are standard structural provisions in website terms, though the breadth of the indemnification obligation and the unilateral termination right with no notice period are operationally significant.
