ConductAtlas Analysis

Why it matters (compliance & governance perspective)

This provision establishes an exceptionally long exclusive agency commitment that restricts creators from independently distributing, monetizing, or removing their content under Options A or B for the duration of the term, with automatic renewal extending that commitment indefinitely absent timely written notice.

Interpretive note: Enforceability of the 50-year term and auto-renewal mechanism may vary by jurisdiction; applicable law in EU member states, Canada, and U.S. states may constrain or invalidate provisions of this length or structure.
