How other platforms handle this
If a payment is not successfully processed, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated.
If Customer pays by invoice, Customer will pay Google all invoiced amounts by the Payment Due Date.
For Services with a fixed base charge, the charges are due at the beginning of each billing period.
