Suspension of the Software Offerings is an available remedy for overdue payment, and it is in addition to—not instead of—any other remedies NVIDIA NIM may have, meaning multiple consequences can run simultaneously.
If any payment you or your authorized reseller or distributor owes is overdue, NVIDIA NIM may suspend your access to the Software Offerings until the overdue payment is corrected.
How other platforms handle this
If any subscription fee is not paid in a timely manner or your transaction cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend, disable, cancel, or terminate your access to the Services or your DashPass subscription.
You acknowledge that ŌURA has the right to monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with the Agreement.
