Children under 13 (or the applicable age in their country) must have parental consent to use Nintendo's services, and Nintendo requires parents to agree to the terms on behalf of minors.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Nintendo's content, software, or trademarks without explicit permission.
Nintendo provides its website and services 'as is' and makes no guarantees that they will work properly, be available, or be free from errors or harmful content.
