The updated terms establish that Meta will provide at least 30 days' notice before changes to the Terms take effect, giving users time to review modifications before they apply. For consumers outside the US, disputes with Meta will now be resolved in courts of the consumer's home country under that country's laws, rather than exclusively in California courts.
