DeepL reserves the right to debit advance payments in the course of the billing period. A first advance payment is due as soon as the number of characters has exceeded a certain equivalent value.
If Customer is required by law to withhold any Taxes from its payments to Google, Customer must provide Google with an official tax receipt or other appropriate documentation to support such withholding.
If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the full price as indicated when the purchase was made, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts.
