Jasper Terms of Service

This document governs the contractual relationship between Jasper AI (operated by Jasper AI, Inc.) and users of its AI-powered content generation platform, establishing binding terms through continued use of the service. The agreement states that users grant Jasper a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content for service delivery, that Jasper may modify or terminate service at any time with or without notice, and that users bear responsibility for all content generated through their accounts.
