Before any termination for your breach, we will give you a reasonable warning or cure period, except if the nature of the breach justifies immediate termination, taking into account both your and our legitimate interests.
We also may terminate your account if it has been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid account. If we do, we will provide you with advance notice.
This may include taking corrective measures, such as suspending or terminating the account of any End-User found to be in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
