You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by a phone, video, or in-person hearing, or through written submissions, except any Dispute seeking $25,000 or more or injunctive relief shall have an in-person or video hearing if the respondent elects one.
If any part of these arbitration terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect, except that if a finding...would allow class arbitration...this entire dispute resolution section will be unenforceable.
