+The Whatnot National 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of multiple separate prize drawings (each, a "Drawing") conducted during a single livestream event on August 1, 2026, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ending at the conclusion of the Sponsor's livestream (the "Sweepstakes Period").
+The exact end time will be announced during the livestream.
+Each Drawing is a separate prize drawing within the Sweepstakes, and entry into one Drawing does not constitute entry into any other Drawing. 1.
+Agreement to Official Rules By entering or participating in any Drawing, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. 2.
+Eligibility This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
+This Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States, and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
+Employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, or other parties in any way involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective agents, directors, officers, consultants, employees, contractors, and representatives, and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" of each) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. 3.
+How to Enter During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter each Drawing separately by accessing the Sponsor's free mobile application (the "Whatnot App") and using the in-app giveaway feature during the Sponsor's livestream on August 1, 2026.
+Each Drawing will have its own entry window announced during the livestream.
+No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter any Drawing.
+Entry is free.
+Limit one (1) entry per person per Drawing.
+Any attempt by an entrant to obtain entries by fraudulent means, including the use of multiple or different accounts or identities, will result in disqualification of all entries by such person from all Drawings.
+Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt of such entry.
+All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged.
+Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements are void.
+Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions, or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of entries.
+Use of computer programs, scripts, robotic, automatic, and other similar means to enter any Drawing is prohibited.
+In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder associated with the Whatnot App account used to enter. 4.
+Prizes 1987 Porsche 911 (the "Porsche Drawing") One (1) winner will receive, at the winner's sole election, either: (a) one (1) 1987 Porsche 911 automobile, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Vehicle"), or (b) a cash prize of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000 USD).
+Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $80,000 USD.
+The Vehicle may not be the same vehicle displayed, wrapped, photographed, shown, or otherwise depicted in connection with the Sweepstakes.
+The winner must make a selection within fifteen (15) days of the Prize Notification (defined below).
+If the winner fails to make a selection within such period, the winner will be deemed to have selected option (b), the cash prize.
+If the winner selects the Vehicle: The winner will be solely responsible for all title, license, and registration fees, insurance, fuel, vehicle maintenance, any additional equipment or accessories, all applicable taxes (including income, sales, and use taxes), and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Vehicle.
+The winner is responsible for all costs of transportation of the Vehicle from the point of delivery to their home or any other location.
+The Vehicle may differ from what is depicted in Sweepstakes advertising or livestream content, including by trim, features, condition, mileage, transmission, engine, color, and other characteristics.
+The winner may be required to show proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license prior to receipt of the Vehicle.
+The Vehicle is a used automobile and will be accepted "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
+The winner must take delivery of the Vehicle at a location and time of Sponsor's choosing.
+Failure to take possession within sixty (60) days of the specified delivery date shall be deemed a forfeiture.
+Sponsor reserves the right to delay vehicle delivery or substitute a vehicle of comparable type and equal or greater value should the Vehicle be unavailable for any reason.
+If the winner selects the cash prize, payment will be made by check or electronic transfer, at Sponsor's discretion, within sixty (60) days of receipt of all required documentation.
+Sponsor will not pay or contribute toward any portion of the winner's tax obligation associated with this prize, regardless of which option the winner selects.
+Additional Prize Drawings In addition to the Porsche Drawing, Sponsor will conduct separate Drawings for the following prizes.
+For the avoidance of doubt, where multiple prizes are identified as awarded to separate winners, each such prize will be deemed a separate Drawing: (a) ten (10) Whatnot account credit packages of $250 Whatnot credit each, each awarded to a separate winner and each with an ARV of $250 USD, combined ARV: $2,500 USD; (b) one (1) 1998 Topps East West Michael Jordan/Kobe Bryant PSA 10 card, ARV: $5,100 USD; (c) one (1) Flawless World Cup prize, ARV: $5,000 USD; (d) one (1) 2009 Stephen Curry Gold card, ARV: $5,800 USD; (e) one (1) Formula 1 Las Vegas trip or other substitute prize selected by Sponsor, ARV: $4,000 USD; (f) one (1) high-value diamond, ARV: $1666.66; (g) one (1) Invicta watch, ARV, $1,666.67; (h) one (1) signed Ferrari merchandise item, ARV: $1,666.67; (i) one (1) go-kart, ARV: $12,000 USD; (j) three (3) Topps Resurgence Football Delight boxes, each awarded to a separate winner and each with an ARV of $666.67 USD, combined ARV: $2,000 USD; (k) one (1) Topps Chrome Football Delight box, ARV: $1,600 USD; (l) one (1) 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan Rookie PSA 8 card, ARV: $11,350 USD; (m) one (1) Tom Brady signed Super Bowl football, ARV: $2,500 USD; (n) one (1) Patrick Mahomes autographed jersey and Xbox package, ARV: $1,350 USD; (o) one (1) Michael Jordan signed basketball, ARV: $5,000 USD; (p) three (3) Inception Basketball Hobby boxes, each awarded to a separate winner, and each with an ARV of $666.67 USD, combined ARV: $2,000 USD; and (q) one (1) signed celebrity Whatnot helmet, ARV: $6,000 USD.
+No cash equivalent or prize substitution is available except at the sole discretion of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value.
+Each winner is solely responsible for all transportation, storage, insurance, safety equipment, permits, registration, taxes, and other costs and requirements associated with receipt and use of the applicable prize.
+The go-kart may be intended for off-road or private-property use only, and the winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and safety requirements.
+General Prize Conditions (applicable to all Drawings) If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
+Prizes cannot be transferred and, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules, cannot be redeemed for cash.
+No substitution of any prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value.
+Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
+Each winner will be provided an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of their prize.
+The total ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $151,200 USD. 5.
+Winner Selection One (1) winner per Drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Drawing during the Sweepstakes Period.
+The random selection will be conducted by the Whatnot App's in-app giveaway feature, and such selection is final and binding.
+Alternate potential winners may be randomly selected from the remaining valid, eligible entries for the applicable Drawing.
+Such alternates may become the winner (in the order drawn) in the event the initial winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or fails to comply with any Sweepstakes requirements.
+The odds of winning each Drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Drawing. 6.
+Winner Notification Each winner will be notified via the Whatnot App and/or by e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours following their respective Drawing (the "Prize Notification").
+The potential winner must respond to the Prize Notification within the time period specified therein.
+Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable notifications.
+Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, an IRS Form W-9, a publicity release, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, within thirty (30) days of the Prize Notification.
+If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond or complete required documentation within the time specified, the applicable prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Drawing. 7.
+Registration and Bonding Disclosures This Sweepstakes will be registered with the New York Department of State pursuant to New York General Business Law § 369-e and bonded as required thereunder.
+This Sweepstakes will also be registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services pursuant to Florida Statutes § 849.094 and bonded as required thereunder. 8.
+Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability (a) ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

+SPONSOR IS RESPONSIBLE ONLY FOR PRIZE DELIVERY AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRIZE UTILITY, QUALITY, OR OTHERWISE. 9.

+Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory filings, Sponsor reserves the right to make changes or additions to these Official Rules and/or extend the dates of this Sweepstakes for any reason at any time.
+Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
+Entrants agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating.
+ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR APPLICATION, TO SEEK TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR OR ENTITIES INVOLVED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A PRIZE AWARD, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS.
+IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
+Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
+Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant or winner if their behavior, as determined by Sponsor, is unsportsmanlike or disruptive. 10.
+Personal Information Personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.whatnot.com/privacy . 11.
+Additional Conditions Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any individual Drawing) in whole or in part, if in Sponsor's opinion (a) the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, local, or provincial government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, or (b) any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, in all instances without liability to the entrants. 12.
+Governing Law and Choice of Forum These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
+Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in either the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. 13.
+Publicity Except where prohibited by law, by winning a prize, the winner consents to the use of the winner's name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including, without limitation, inclusion in Sponsor's newsletters, Sponsor's website at whatnot.com, Sponsor's social media, and the Whatnot App, without additional compensation or prior approval. 14.
