4699Sellers are responsible for reviewing and abiding by these rules as well as any applicable local laws.
4700Violating this policy may result in restrictions to your account, up to and including termination, and may be made at the sole discretion of Poshmark.
4701Seller Fees It’s always free to list an item for sale on Poshmark.
4702After your item sells, we deduct applicable fees from the final order price before we remit your earnings to you.

4715What Can Be Sold On Poshmark Poshmark’s marketplace welcomes the sale of most types of new and pre-owned fashion, as well as select home goods , pet items , and electronics with certain restrictions within these categories.
4716Please note that not all categories or types of items may be available in your location.
4717For the safety of our Users, items outside of our supported categories and otherwise prohibited or unlawful items may not be offered for sale on Poshmark.
4718Please review the Prohibited Items Policy to be sure you know what items can’t be listed or sold.
4719Listing Descriptions and Pricing Sellers are responsible for describing items truthfully, accurately, and completely.
4720This includes creating informative listing descriptions that include your original photos of the items and details such as the condition and any flaws or unique features and, when using automated listing features such as Smart List AI, reviewing the generated listing descriptions and details for accuracy and completeness.
4721The item for sale should be clearly represented in the main photo.
4722Avoid any photo editing techniques that may make it difficult for Buyers to accurately assess the condition of the item, such as collages or heavy special effects.
4723Sellers must have possession of, and ship, the actual item described in the listing.
4724Sellers may not list a promise for a future item, or ship a “placeholder” note or item indicating the actual listed item will arrive at a future date.
4725Sellers must promptly answer questions and requests for additional information.
4726Please note that images as well as descriptions provided in comments and during Posh Shows (where applicable) may be reviewed and considered by Poshmark staff in the event of a dispute.
4727Sellers may price items as desired, but price gouging is strictly prohibited.
4728Poshmark encourages Sellers to view similar items, whenever possible, to determine a realistic listing price likely to result in a sale.
4729Once a Buyer accepts a listed price, a binding transaction exists and Sellers are required to provide the item(s) to a Buyer at that price.
4730Sellers must also fulfill any and all additional requirements as detailed in this Seller Policy and our Terms.
4731Once you accept a Buyer’s offer, a binding transaction also exists.

4733Sellers are prohibited from excessive listing removal and reposting of the same or similar listings.
4734Poshmark may limit the visibility of, or take action on, listings or accounts engaged in this behavior at its discretion.
4735Order Fulfillment Once a Buyer purchases an item from you, accepts your offer, you accept a Buyer’s offer, or an auction is successfully completed, you are required to fulfill the sale.
4736Sellers must use Poshmark’s provided shipping labels when shipping all orders.
4737Timely shipping is essential to maintaining trust within the Poshmark community.
4738Sellers who repeatedly cancel or fail to ship orders may face temporary account restrictions.
4739Continued violations may result in permanent account suspension.
4740Unshipped or cancelled orders at a rate of 3% or more of your total orders within a rolling 90-day period will negatively affect your standing as a seller.
4741Poshmark may update this threshold from time to time.
4742Buyer-requested cancellations will not negatively impact your account standing.
