use the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising, marketing, or selling products or services, except to the extent expressly authorized under your Plan; access or use the Service in any manner that could disable, disrupt, damage, impair, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service or with any other user’s access to or use of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or the systems or networks connected to the Service, or interfere with their operation; circumvent, disable, remove, or otherwise interfere with any security feature, content protection, or access control mechanism of the Service; use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated or manual means to access, extract, copy, or collect data or content from the Service, except that operators of public search engines are granted a revocable, limited license to use spiders solely to index publicly available materials to create searchable indices (but not caches or archives); impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization, including Pika; use the Service to generate Outputs in violation of applicable law, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, or other legal obligations; use the Service to systematically extract, harvest, or mine data, content, or Outputs for the purpose of creating datasets, training data, or knowledge bases, except as expressly permitted under your Plan; conduct or facilitate security testing, penetration testing, red-teaming, adversarial testing, or vulnerability assessments of the Service, any models, or any related systems without Pika’s prior written approval; create multiple Accounts or use another person’s or entity’s Account to evade suspension, termination, rate limits, usage restrictions, or any other enforcement action taken by Pika; upload, post, or otherwise make available images or likenesses of individuals without their consent or legal right to do so; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization, including Pika; use the Service to generate Outputs in violation of applicable law, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, or other legal obligations; or access or use the Service in any way not expressly permitted by these terms of service. |
