80If deductions or withholdings of tax have been made, Patreon will pay the withheld tax to the appropriate tax authority and provide copies of receipts for such withholding tax to you.
81You must provide evidence of any tax treaty entitlement that, in Patreon’s judgment, satisfies the requirements of the applicable law, as necessary to claim exemption from or reduction of withholding tax.

132We appreciate your help reporting suspicious creator pages so we can keep the Patreon community safe.158Upon completion of payment for gifts to specific recipients, a redemption link will be generated for you to share with your selected recipient, through which they can redeem the Gift Membership, that sets out the tier, creator, fixed term of the gift, and, if you choose to provide it, your name and message to the recipient.
133If you are located in a jurisdiction in which Patreon is required to charge and collect tax, for example VAT or sales tax, then this tax is added to the total charge.159Upon completion of payment for gifts to a creator community, one or more redemption links will be provided to the creator for distribution to their community or we will otherwise cause the redemption links to be distributed to that creator community on Patreon.
