| 136 | Midjourney may use, host, store, publicly display, create derivative works of, copy, adapt, modify, reject, remove, or stop use of any Translations at any time and for any reason, and may suspend or terminate Your participation in the Community Localization program at any time for any reason. | ||

| 138 | Right to Translations You hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to Midjourney and Midjourney accepts, all rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property and proprietary rights) in and to the Translations, and waive any moral rights you may have therein. | ||
| 139 | To the extent any rights in any Translations cannot be assigned to Midjourney under applicable law, You grant to Midjourney a perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free, and fully paid-up license to host, store, adapt, monetize, reproduce, copy, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute the Translations for any purpose. | ||
