Fireworks AI Terms of Service

Fireworks AI's updated Terms of Service now explicitly disclose mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waivers that were not prominently featured in the prior version. The updated terms state that disputes must be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, and users waive their right to seek relief in court, have a jury trial, or participate in class actions. Users can opt out of arbitration by following instructions in Section 16, but continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these dispute resolution terms.
