Your use of the NVIDIA Corporation’s software, toolkits and drivers is subject to the terms and conditions of the NVIDIA Cloud End User License Agreement . 60.3.2. Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab (i) You acknowledge that we may store your Content that is processed by Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab in AWS regions outside the AWS region where you are using Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab.721You are responsible for determining if you are subject to any limitations arising from the purchase or use of the SM AI Savings Plan and for complying with any applicable laws, policies, terms or conditions governing your payment of up-front fees, including any fiscal or appropriation laws, or other policies or restrictions governing up-front payments for goods or services. 60.3.5. Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab (i) You acknowledge that we may store your Content that is processed by Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab in AWS regions outside the AWS region where you are using Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab.
727(iv) For purposes of your use of Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab, Amazon Web Services, Inc. is the AWS Contracting Party under the Agreement. 60.3.7. You will have exclusive use of the customized Nova model(s) you create using SageMaker Training Jobs, SageMaker Hyperpod, or Amazon Nova Forge (the latter, “Amazon Nova Forge Models”).727(iv) For purposes of your use of Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab, Amazon Web Services, Inc. is the AWS Contracting Party under the Agreement. 60.3.6. As part of providing the Service, deployment of Amazon Nova Forge Models in Amazon SageMaker Inference may use automated abuse detection mechanisms designed to detect harmful content, including related to potential violations of our or third-party model providers’ terms of service or acceptable use policies.

When using the Amazon Mechanical Turk workforce of Amazon Augmented AI: (a) you may not provide data or content that contains protected health information or other information that is identifiable to a specific person, and (b) you acknowledge and agree that Your Content provided to the Amazon Mechanical Turk workforce may be moved outside of the AWS region where you are using Amazon Augmented AI. 76.3.
