You are solely responsible for testing, deploying, maintaining, implementing, and supporting any Content or deliverables provided or recommended by AWS as part of free exploration services, including AI Solutions. | ||

AWS may develop Content for you consisting of either (a) documents and diagrams (“Documents”) or (b) software (in source or object code form), sample code, or scripts (“Software”) as part of free exploration services (such Documents and Software are “Developed Content”). | ||

Content that you provide or direct AWS to use for purposes of providing free exploration services is Your Content. 110.7. You are solely responsible for all activities within your production environments where software, data, configuration, applications, code, or other products are placed into live operation for their intended use by End Users (“Production Environment”) including: 110.7.1. Determining deployment-readiness of deliverables and managing their subsequent deployment, operation, and maintenance; 110.7.2. Overall management of AWS accounts, pipelines, deployment gates, logs and records; and 110.7.3. All access and permissions controls, including ensuring AWS personnel are precluded from accessing Production Environments. 110.8. Unless expressly agreed to in a separate agreement for free exploration services, you will not disclose to AWS personnel any Content that includes or is defined under applicable law as “personal data”, “personal information”, “protected health information”, “controlled unclassified information”, or other sensitive or restricted data types which are defined or governed by applicable law (including data privacy law), regulation, regulatory framework, or industry standard (collectively, “Customer Regulated Data”). 110.9. Incidental personal data related to your personnel that AWS obtains as part of free exploration services is not Customer Regulated Data. | ||
