This record has been withdrawn

This record described a change to DeepSeek Model License observed on Aug 30, 2026. What differed between the two captures it compared: “…k 11.7k Star 92k Code Issues 11 Pull requests 23 Actions Proj…” became “…k 11.7k Star 92k Code Issues 10 Pull requests 23 Actions Proj…”. That passage is page furniture, not part of the document, and the archive's current text extractor (version 5, deployed Oct 7, 2026) no longer reads it: re-extracted, the two captures contain the same text, so this record would not have been created. It is withdrawn as an artifact of how we read the page, not as a finding about DeepSeek's document. Measured Oct 9, 2026.
