This record has been withdrawn

We withdrew this change record because the captures it compared were not the OctoAI Terms of Service. The address we monitored did not return the policy text, so the difference this record described was not a change to the policy. Nothing it said about OctoAI's policy was established. Disclosure: we first withdrew this record on Sep 18, 2026. On Sep 19, 2026, from 01:37 to 04:18 UTC, a defect in our event-generation job made it public again. The job was resetting withdrawal flags it had not set. We withdrew the record again at 04:18 UTC and fixed the defect the same day. The job can no longer clear a flag it did not set.
