Strava will not provide refunds or credits for subscription fees, except in limited circumstances set out in the Terms, such as the 14-day cooling-off period available to users outside the United States.
If you are a US-based subscriber, you generally cannot get a refund for any portion of a subscription period, even if you cancel immediately after being charged or if service quality is poor.
The blanket no-refund policy for US users may conflict with state consumer protection statutes in certain jurisdictions. Legal teams should evaluate exposure under state law, particularly where subscribers have been auto-renewed unintentionally or where service was unavailable.

Strava's Terms grant the company a broad, royalty-free license to use your uploaded content—including workout data, routes, and photos—for commercial purposes including product development and third-party sharing. Subscription fees auto-renew automatically, and refunds are generally not provided except in limited circumstances. You can opt out of the mandatory arbitration clause by sending written notice to Strava within 30 days of first accepting these Terms at legal@strava.com.
