Epic Games' Terms of Service significantly limit consumer rights by establishing that all game content is licensed (not owned) and can be revoked, and by requiring mandatory arbitration that waives your right to sue in court or join a class action. Parents and guardians are held financially responsible for purchases made by minors on shared or linked accounts.
