You may not receive direct notice of material changes to your legal rights — continued use of the platform is treated as acceptance, even if you were unaware of the changes.
Uniswap's terms significantly limit consumer rights by requiring mandatory binding arbitration and waiving the ability to participate in class action lawsuits, which removes important legal recourse for disputes. The agreement also grants Uniswap Labs a broad, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any content users post on the platform. You can opt out of the arbitration provision by sending a written notice to Uniswap Labs within 30 days of first using the Products, as specified in the arbitration section of the Agreement.
