This license is irrevocable and perpetual, meaning Uniswap can continue using your content even after you stop using the platform, and you receive no compensation for this use.
Uniswap's terms significantly limit consumer rights by requiring mandatory binding arbitration and waiving the ability to participate in class action lawsuits, which removes important legal recourse for disputes. The agreement also grants Uniswap Labs a broad, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any content users post on the platform. You can opt out of the arbitration provision by sending a written notice to Uniswap Labs within 30 days of first using the Products, as specified in the arbitration section of the Agreement.
