You have no guaranteed right to continued access to the platform, and termination can happen without warning, potentially affecting your ability to manage digital assets stored in or accessed through the Uniswap Wallet.
Uniswap's terms significantly limit consumer rights by requiring mandatory binding arbitration and waiving the ability to participate in class action lawsuits, which removes important legal recourse for disputes. The agreement also grants Uniswap Labs a broad, perpetual, royalty-free license to use any content users post on the platform. You can opt out of the arbitration provision by sending a written notice to Uniswap Labs within 30 days of first using the Products, as specified in the arbitration section of the Agreement.
