LinkedIn makes no representation or warranty about the Services, including any representation that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the Services (including content and information) on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
This means that if LinkedIn experiences outages, provides inaccurate job listings, or surfaces misleading professional information, you generally have no contractual right to compensation.
LinkedIn's User Agreement grants the company a broad, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content you post β including photos, articles, and videos β which extends to AI training and service development and persists beyond account deletion in some circumstances. LinkedIn's liability to you is capped at the greater of fees paid in the past twelve months or $1,000, which severely limits your ability to recover damages even for serious service failures. You can review and manage your privacy and data settings, including AI data usage preferences, at linkedin.com/psettings.
