Hugging Face can change, suspend, or permanently shut down any part of its services at any time, with or without telling you first, and is not liable for any resulting harm.
You agree to defend and pay for Hugging Face's legal costs if they are sued because of something you did on the platform, including content you posted or how you used the services.
If Hugging Face causes you harm, the maximum amount they are required to pay you is limited to the fees you paid them in the 12 months before the incident.
Hugging Face can update these Terms at any time, and if you keep using the service 10 days after the new terms are posted, you automatically agree to the changes.
By posting content on Hugging Face, you give the company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and make derivative works of your content to provide their services.
Fees paid in advance for Hugging Face's paid plans are generally billed upfront and the terms do not indicate that refunds are available for unused periods.
Hugging Face can suspend or terminate your account at any time, and you can also delete your account, but termination does not automatically remove your content from the platform.
