Bumble users grant the company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to their uploaded content, including photos and profile information. Users are subject to mandatory binding arbitration and waive their right to class action lawsuits or jury trials unless they actively opt out within 30 days. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement by following the instructions in Section 14 of the Terms within 30 days of agreeing.
